RDIS strongly believes that with the involvement and action of the community the process of reconciliation can be further accelerated and it is the right of every Rwandan to live a life free from poverty and a lack of basic needs. RDIS is currently serving nearly half of the population of Rwanda from Muhanga (RDIS headquarter), to Cyangugu, the Southern and Western Provinces.
